Cookies are something that should be constantly on the counter in the kitchen. At least in my opinion. My friend Maura told me about this easy-peasy recipe she found on pinterest. Tasty and healthy, always a good combo!
You will need:
3 ripe bananas
1 1/2 oats
1 bag of chocolate chips (I used dark chocolate)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mash the bananas witha fork in a large bowl. Stir in the oats. Add the chocolate chips and mix in. Butter a cookie sheet and spoon mixture into 1 inch balls. Bake for 15 minutes.
