Football season is here!
But besides games to watch and teams to cheer for, it’s the perfect excuse to try out new recipes. My friend Brigette’s mama has the BEST buffalo chicken dip recipe and I tested it out last weekend. It was a hit!
3 large chicken breasts
1 bottle of Franks Red Hot Sauce (another buffalo sauce would work as well)
1 bottle of blue cheese dressing
1 8 oz. package of cream cheese
Begin by boiling the chicken breasts in water. Once the chicken has cooled shred it and place it in a 8×10 pyrex pan. Soak the chicken in the entire bottle of hot sauce over night.
Mix the package of cream cheese using a fork into the chicken. Cover the pan in a layer of blue cheese dressing.
Bake at 350 until brown and bubbling.
Serve with veggies (I used carrots, celery and bell peppers) and bread or chips!
