I spent a very white Christmas at home in Minnesota and it was perfect. Filled with family, friends, food and down jackets. I forget however what winter feels like until I step off that plane and am hit with those indescribable sub-zero temperatures. Minnesotans are truly hardy stock (and I seem to have lost ALL toughness). Christmas was spent surrounded by family and friends. Long days by the fire catching up and of course a lot of reading! A very needed break. And I escaped just in time, the high today in Minnie, the HIGH is -22. I love home, but I no longer can hang with the winter.
A few snapshots of the winter wonderland…
See you in the springtime my dear Minnie!
